Fast, efficient and very helpful! Locked my keys in the car on vacation, they were there within 20 mins and had it unlocked within 5!! Bryan was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
Always have great service. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating.
I needed to get my optima inspected because I was switching tags to Maryland from Delaware. I have never done a MD inspection so wasn't sure what it involved. I called Bridge auto repair and the lady who answered the phone was so nice and sweet. She squeezed me in for today (Friday). Dropped it off and even was greeted warmly by the most enthusiastic "employee". I attached his pic. Lol the inspection didn't take long but needed front tires. I was able to go get tires and return this same day to get it cleared. Thanks alot of making this otherwise stressful experience go very smoothly. @hanging_with_the_birches
Not so good...we were on vacation and the check engine light came on, I googled garages and it said they have the reader to see what the problem was. We went there and I when I asked if they could use the reader, she looked though her book and said we don't have an appointment til next Thursday...I said we are only here til Sunday and just wanted to know if this is something major because we had a 5 hour drive home and was nervous ...she said again, no appointment til Thursday...then someone from the back yelled, go 3 lights down road to Race Track they will help you...thank god for whoever was in the back that heard me. Drove down the road and there was an Advanced Auto and the people there were so nice, he read the check engine light and it was an emissions problem and that its not a problem to drive 5 hours home, also a man was shopping in the store and said that all we need to do is take the gas cap off and put it back on but make sure you click it 4 times...and in about 50 or 60 miles of driving the light should go out...He was right!...by the next day the light went out...The woman and Bridge Auto could have been a little nicer...but thanks Advanced Auto and the man in the store that helped us...
